CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure smooth operations, please provide at least 48 hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Changes made within this timeframe will incur a 50% service fee charged to the card on file, including same-day adjustments. Additionally, all deposits and Services are non-refundable. Failure to attend without notice will result in a fee equal to the full service amount.
